By accessing and using Academia ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Academia is a comprehensive academic project management platform designed to streamline collaboration between students, advisors, coordinators, and department heads in managing academic projects, theses, and defense processes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
You agree to:

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Academia:

Platform Content:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Academia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content:
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Academia a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Academia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall Academia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Academia operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
